I attempt to self analyze my games
Wednesday, April 7th, 2010I make an effort to personally analyze my games, but I think my lack of chess set information generally keeps me back. Quite frequently I actually do find better moves, but unless it is mainly because I left a piece hanging or permitted a mating attack to become put on me, it’s simply because the move I played within the game did not work. I’ve read some publications, but I find a lot of of the content offered is over my head. I know that you will discover no “rapid fixes” in learning chess. I know I’ll never be a master of virtually any sort, but I do appreciate the game and would such as to improve. Am I genuinely on the road to improvement, or just kidding myself?
